Tv Advertising Agreement

C.9.6. In the interest of transparent data protection when collecting and processing usage-based online advertising data, Seven. One Media has voluntarily agreed to comply with the following self-regulatory measures of the German Data Protection Controller for online advertising, which provide for certain reporting and identification obligations related to usage-based advertising. The codes “Self-regulation of telemedicine service providers in the field of use-based online advertising – Code for Telemedicine Service Providers” and “Self-regulation of service providers in the field of use-based online advertising – Code for OBA service providers” are available at www. meine-cookies.org/ddow.html. To the extent that, in accordance with the contract, the contractor collects or processes usage data contained in the promotional material it makes available to him for PSD`s online services for use-based online advertising, ensures that the provisions of the code are respected for OBA service providers. In addition to the terms and conditions set out in Part A of this CG, these special conditions for television services govern the contractual relationship between Seven. One Media and the contractors with respect to the broadcast of television spots (hereafter referred to as “advertisements”). In addition, these special conditions apply to TV services accordingly for booking advertising activities in the HbbTV area when using extended TV spots in an HbbTV app (red button function/interactive TV spots). In addition to the terms and conditions set out in Part A, these special conditions for teletext services govern the contractual relationship between Seven. One Media and its contractual partners with respect to the booking of teletext advertising (hereafter referred to as “TT advertising”). In previous years, when television programs were limited to a handful of channels, small businesses struggled to make their messages accessible to a wider audience. Today, with hundreds of channels and thousands of hours of programs every day, small businesses have more outlets for their TV spots. As with any advertising contract, the advertiser and the point of sale must fulfill their obligations to each other in order to achieve a fruitful relationship. B.2.1 Ads (advertisements) of any length from four seconds, as requested by the contractor, can be shown to SAT television channels.

1, ProSeven, Cable One, Sixx, SAT.1 Gold and ProSeven MAXX are marketed by Seven. One Media. The price of the shipment is calculated per second based on the price group and the duration of the advertisement in question. B.2.2 Reserved promotional items are placed by Seven. One Media within the agreed price group, subject to changes in accordance with point A.9. Price groups for individual television channels are the result of programme structures/schemes for the television channels concerned, which are in effect at the time of seven. One Media`s confirmation of the order. In the absence of a separate written agreement, there is no right to place advertising within a given advertising block and/or to specifically position advertising within an advertising block. Seven. One Media is authorized to charge a surcharge for booking a specific ad block or position within an ad block. Seven. One Media will do everything in its power to facilitate the distribution of advertising in a particular advertising block requested by the contractor, but will not provide any guarantees in this regard.
