Payment:

75% Advance Payment is due when we agree on the clip to be shot and details. I accept all types of payment. There are several ways to order your custom. Inquire with your request. The balance is due when the video is completed.

Terms of Service:

Terms of Service – You acknowledge you are paying a specific price for a custom video clip for a specific number of minutes. For private use only. Not for commercial distribution. In the event you try to or have a history of selling private commissioned video clips on the internet or through mail or other means. You will forfeit ALL moneys paid. There are ZERO refunds. This is considered a breech of trust and the agreement is null and void. If you order and prepay a custom commission and then decide to cancel you will forfeit all moneys for time and effort of consideration of your clip idea request. With most clips of a specific nature, wardrobe must be purchased, or props purchased, makeup purchased, etc.

No Refunds Period.

An email record of all correspondence is kept for legal purposes.
